
Your Portrait Experience – Step by Step
Here’s exactly what to expect when you book a session with me:

Book your date online
Choose a date on my calendar (the time is just a placeholder). You’ll fill out a quick form to get started.

Check your email
You’ll get a confirmation email with the date you selected and a payment link. The session fee must be paid within 12 hours to hold your spot—if it’s not paid, the date will be released.

Get your client suite
Once your session fee is paid, I’ll send you access to your personalized client suite. This includes your contract, prep guide, session details, and everything you need in one place.

Let’s chat
We’ll do a quick call to walk through your session—location, timing, outfits, and whether you’d like complimentary hair and makeup (included with most sessions).

Session day!
You’ll get pampered with hair and makeup, then we’ll start your portrait session—either in the studio or outdoors around golden hour. I’ll guide you the entire time so you feel relaxed and confident.

Ordering session
After your shoot, we’ll meet in the studio to view your images and choose your favorites. I’ll help you select the best options for prints and products.

Place your order
A $200 minimum product or digital order is required for most sessions (mini sessions, corporate headshots, and events are excluded). I’ll take care of editing and ordering through a pro lab, and your final images can be picked up or shipped to you.
